SASA Level 2 Sommelier Course

It is recommended that the students has attended and passed the SASA Level 1 Junior Sommelier Course and acquired a broad beverage knowledge beyond wine together with a theoretical knowledge in line with WSET Level 3. The student should also possess a minimum of 2 years front-of-house experience including working with active sommeliers in a restaurant environment in order to fully benefit from the course. Topics include wine service training, glassware and equipment, wine storage, stock management, wine faults, wine list construction, food and wine in combination.
